Today I learned a few important things about the Swiss culture. They always kiss three times, starting on the left side. Don't make that mistake. Secondly they have excellent apple juice. A neighbour of Martha's, the friend I am staying with, has an apple orchard in her backyard!! No apples in this season, but home made apple juice all year round, yum! Next, they know how to treat to a nice lunch. I won't ruin it with words, just quickly glance at the picture below. Lastly, they know how to make a great first impression as kind and welcoming people. Just today I was introduced to many families who all welcomed me to their homes whenever. One family even invited me to a road trip to the alps (not too far, don't be fooled by the words "road trip"). We will be hiking tomorrow and staying the night. Then Saturday we will visit a chocolate and cheese factories!
